How to Stay Healthy

Being healthy everytime and anywhere must be the dream of all people. No one in the world doesn’t want to be healthy, all must have the same view. If any person got sick or had any health problem, they can’t live normally as other people do and they will not be maximal on doing their activity. How can the sick people work in the work place well? How can the sick people do something outside their house? We now know that the health actually is number one for our life. In short, in order to know further about stay healthy, we have to firstly be able to distinguish between being healthy psychically and physically.

Stay healthy on the physical side might take on the first place. Everyday, everyone definitely moves with their whole body, start from the head, arms, and legs. There are also other specific parts that unite with those parts that are also very important. If a person got an illness on one of the parts, he or she mustn’t use that normally; for example, a person who gets flu feels their nose so tight and clogged. Then, they have to heal it by drinking some medicine. Therefore, the main thing we have to do now is to keep our health from the bad weather. We can also do the healthy living like eating the healthy fruit, doing the sport regularly, take a rest regularly, avoiding the drugs, etc.

On the second place it would be the psychical side. Why on the second place? Everyone has to know that being healthy 100% starts from our physical side; for example, if there is someone born with physical problem, it could influence their psychical side. Therefore, they have to fix the physical side first, or their psychic can’t be solved. However, it’s rarely discussed because even though some of people are born defectively, their psychic can be still normal. Then, one thing that we can do for maintaining our psychical side is to keep relax; for example, if we’re in the difficult condition we should not get panicked and just calm down our mind because everything actually is going to be okay. Second, we have to be always positive thinking because it can be useful for saving our body’s energy and that energy is the source of our psychical side.

In conclusion, stay healthy on those sides (physical and psychical) is very important. First of all, living healthy makes us can do anything what we want. Our work even can be finished maximally and on time. Second, we’re not easy to be attacked by some disease which in the end brings us to the death. In addition, stay healthy is possible to make us live longer. However, remember that everyone can’t be healthy forever, there must be a time to get sick. We can only attempt to reduce the risk of being sick excessively.
